More cover art!
I know I
wrote that I hoped there’d be cover art soon. But I hadn’t expected to see
anything quite this soon! Take a gander at the cover for Enticed. It
practically shouts “Intimacy!” You can click on it to get a larger image.
I think
it’s amazing. Even the font for the title works to support the whole. I was
hoping Berkley would use the same treatment for the title as the one they’d did
for Entangled, but this is even better! The inward spiral in the “E” circling
closer? Enticement!
Now that
I think of it, the treatment for Entangled works in a similar manner. There’s
the heartlike knot at the start of the “E” that brings to my mind a tangle. And
the sweeping lines of the “T” and the “D” on each end suggest something
encompassing drawing the hero and heroine together, the way the line of the “T”
ends on the man’s biceps while the one of the “D” points to the woman’s back .
. . Or maybe I’m just reading too much into it. What do you think?
